The BMK31 ByPass Oil Filter Kit (released June 2016) is now recommended for the 6.0 / 6.4 PSD installation. The BMK31 Kit includes the items shown on this page.
The BMK21 kit comes with the filter mount/manifold, 12' of 1/4: ID hose with hose-end fittings, 90-degree street elbows and adapter fittings for the hose connection to the mount, AND illustrated instructions for assembly.
The items / components shown here as part of the BMK21 installation are now included in the new BMK31 Ford 6.0 / 6.4 diesel bypass kit. Users no longer need to purchase individual components to assemble a bypass oil filter system for their 6.0 / 6.4 Power Stroke.
The customer elected to take the simple, straightforward, and sturdy route to mount his AMSOIL BMK21 By-Pass system.

The EaBP90 (6.0"tall + 1 Qt. additional oil) by-pass oil filter is recommended for equipment with oil capacity up to 15-quarts. (This filter is in the BMK31 ByPass oil filter kit)
The EaBP100 (7.5" tall + 1.5 Qt. additional oil) by-pass oil filter is recommended for equipment with oil capacity up to 18-quarts.
The EaBP110 (10.5" tall + 2.0 Qt. additional oil) by-pass oil filter is recommended for equipment with oil capacity up to 24-quarts.
Provides pressure oil to the bypass oil filter manifold
The BK1101 aluminum billet oil filter cap replaces the OEM oil filter cap. Pressure oil from the oil filter assembly feeds the BMK21 by-pass oil filter manifold assembly.

Filtered oil from the by-pass oil filter is returned to the engine through the BK1102 aluminum billet oil fill cap. The adapter in the center of the billet cap rotates to allow you to easily remove / install the cap for oil servicing.

Tow (2) 90-degree JIC fittings are used to connect the pressure and return lines to the billet caps.
